Contacting the School in an Emergency:

If a student is late or absent:
Call the Main Office. You may also notify the student’s teacher.
If you need to contact a teacher:
Please note that teachers are very busy during the day and often cannot answer the phone.
If the message is not urgent, call the receptionist at the main office and leave a message.
If you need to talk to the teacher immediately, call the Main Office and ask to be connected to the teacher.
If you are late to pick up a student or need to change pick-up arrangements:
Call the Main Office. Please call before 2:00 p.m. so that staff will have time to communicate the change to the appropriate person.
DO NOT leave messages about pick-up changes on a teacher’s voice mail or email.
If a student does not arrive home on the school bus:
